Jennifer Conaway is the founder and Chief Business Wrangler™ of Your Next Level, Inc.
Her public speaking experience started while working at Cisco. An experience that seemed to go horribly wrong turned into one of the most exhilarating experiences of her life and changed the direction of her life. That experience helped her realize how much she enjoyed public speaking and led her to study with some of the best public speakers in the business. She has spoken to Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, non-profits and high school students.
Jennifer’s small business experience and 10 years in operations with Cisco give her a unique view into the business world.

Jennifer has a project management background, at one time holding a PMP (Project Management Professional) and uses those skills on a daily basis while working with clients. She brings an understanding of processes and systems along with an understanding of emotional intelligence to every engagement. An ability to translate those disciplines to any situation allows her to build relationships and work easily with almost any client.
She has been privileged to work with companies ranging from insurance brokers and financial planners to speakers, coaches and nonprofits.
Jennifer has lived in Pennsylvania, Texas and South Carolina. As far as she knows, she has finally settled in North Carolina.
Jennifer is a CTACC (Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach), an ELI-MP (Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner) and a CTA (Certified Tilt Associate). She is in the process of getting her ACC (International Coach Federation’s Associate Coach Certificate).
Jennifer is available for speaking engagements and is currently pursuing her NSA designation (National Speakers Association).
